STANDwellness founder Tapp Francke has first-hand experience in the challenges, hard work and patience it takes to achieve optimal body health.
She was able to navigate her struggles with chronic Lyme disease through diet, infrared sauna, and PEMF therapy, and is now a thriving, healthier person. She wants to share the knowledge gained through this journey, combined with her extensive education, with her clients.
As an Institute for Integrative Nutrition-Certified Health Coach, a student of Clinical Nutrition and Naturopathy, and a Pulse-Certified PEMF practitioner, Tapp’s focus is to educate her clients on how to eat properly for their respective conditions, to make informed health choices, and to trust therapies that can enhance their body’s ability to heal itself.
Tapp opened the Aegle Healing Center in 2013, an alternative and holistic help center where she focuses on addressing digestive issues, microbial imbalance, chronic disease, inflammation, and general fatigue for her clients.
In July 2017, Tapp established STANDwellness to offer additional products, supplements, practitioners, services, and the XL Pro, a PEMF machine which helps to optimize the body’s cells, to her clients.
Devin is the perfect example of practicing what you preach. After trying conventional and alternative means for nine years to help alleviate his suffering stemming from Chronic Lyme Disease, he found his way to STANDwellness. Tapp Francke guided him through wellness techniques and treatments and, within a few months, he saw dramatic improvement. Thanks to Tapp and the resources available at STANDwellness, Devin’s movement was no longer restricted and he experienced an upswing in energy. With this newfound vitality, he was able to start working at STANDwellness in June 2016, where he now serves as the manager. Devin holds a B.A. in Business Management from Gettysburg College (2009) and is certified by Pulse Centers for PEMF operation.
Native to the East End of Long Island, Charlotte’s love for food started at a young age. Surrounded by small farms and fresh seafood she learned the benefits of nutrient dense foods first hand. She graduated from Southampton Senior High School in 2010 and went on to study psychology at The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. During her time in Massachusetts, Charlotte completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training and has been teaching ever since. It was during that time she realized health is multifaceted and requires a holistic approach. She enrolled at the Maryland University of Integrative Health and completed her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition in 2018. At MUIH she learned to approach nutrition with an integrative eye, incorporating diet, lifestyle, and physical activity.
During her free time, she can be found trying out new recipes, at the beach with her dog, or paddle boarding on the bay.
